For our inaugural Networking & Recruiting Event for Mechanical Engineering Majors

Location: Main Campus, Duke Centennial Hall Building -first floor  

What to expect:

  •  A casual event for those who wish to network and brand their company among our undergraduate and graduate students
  • Find your next talent: interns, co-ops or full-time soon to be graduates  
  • 1200+ enrolled Freshman-Graduate students for MEGR will be invited to attend along with our faculty 

    Timeframe: 
  • 9:00-11:00 set up time   *We will be asking our students orgs (from the MEGR Dept) to volunteer to help with this event
  • 10:45-12:00 lunch (Grab and Go style) 
  • 11:45-2:30 event time with the students  
  • 2:30-3:30 breakdown 

 To offset the cost of this event:  

  • The registration fee is $500  
  • Includes parking and lunch for 2 representatives, 1- table, table cover, 2- chairs and of course a ton of marketing.

  • Since we are inside, we do ask you not bring huge banners or equipment. *However if you DO want to bring some equipment, we have some space just outside of the lobby area, that could work out great. Just ask.
