- We welcome several companies who are seeking students for internships and full-time jobs this month!

– MDI is a control systems integrator seeking a wide variety of STEM majors. They will be holding a student session in EPIC G-256 on Friday, March 27th 11:15-12:00 for interested students. Details in Niner Engage. They are seeking full-time applicants. - Excited to have had Daimler Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp. here on campus-Friday the 13th. Sharing their awesome job opportunities with our students!
- E-Week was celebrated February 23-27 – it was a perfect way our 2/27 Mock Interview Day Event –thanks to those employers who participated-in person and virtually!
- So excited to have hosted some stellar Mechanical Engineering companies as they engaged with our largest department (MEGR), on Jan. 28th in DCH. Our first ever formal employer-student for this dept. Participating Employers, don’t forget to share your feedback! Students we need your thoughts too!
- Thanks to those who came out to the Career Center’s STEM Job Fair February 5th.
Fall 2025 highlights
- Student-Employer Mock Interviews, for our Multi-Disciplinary Professional Development Course took place on Friday, Nov. 14th. Thanks to all those who participate in-person and online!
- Senior Design Expo did not disappoint. Congrats to the winning teams. Thanks to our industry supports and faculty mentors.
- An amazing Zoom Webinar on Robots & Research this past week with 2018 EE alum, Mr. Ashton Johnston, Assist. PM-Emerging Concepts at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab working on naval robotics and other cross services capabilities! Students can view the webinar and his slides at the above link!
- Students interested in Aerospace and Rockets got a master class today with BSME 20′ alum Greg Kerchmar from Relativity Space who shared some awesome videos and insights into his amazing industry and career opportunities. They are hiring spring co-ops, students consider applying, listed as ‘interns’ on their website!
- Schaeffler enjoyed discussing their opportunities with our Engineering & STEM students. We appreciate their continued support of our college and students. Students interested in co-ops should log onto Hire-a-Niner for details.
- NASCAR Vehicle Designer’s, Brandon Thomas as he presented to over 100+ students about his experiences and advice and insights for those wanting to get into this industry!
- Our very own, BSME alum, Tyler Nelson, Head of Race Engineering, Richard Childress Racing, who shared his insight and job opportunities for students interested in internships!
